MOK Foundation Empowers 25 Women With Cash Donation In Kwara

In its continued effort to make sure everyone counts, the Foundation for Community Development MOK Foundations has further extended its empowerment to 25 women in Offa local government area of Kwara state. The women who are majorly small-scale owners got cash donations from the MOK Foundation.

At the event, five women received thirty thousand naira, while twenty others received fifteen thousand naira only. The donations were presented to the beneficiaries by Mr. Rasak Lawal on behalf of the foundation. Reacting to the kind gesture under the leadership of Alhaji Muhydeen Okunlola Kayode, one of the beneficiaries, Hajia Khadijat Salam, acknowledged the impact of the foundation on the lives of the good people of Offa and environs. She promised to make judicious use of the cash donation received.

Mrs. Shade Omoniyi 32 assured the foundation of their readiness to always support its good cause, she prayed for the founder of MOK Foundation and reassured long-term partnership between the market women and the foundation.

Speaking on behalf of the MOK Foundation, Mr. Rasak reiterated the Foundation’s vision in promoting small-scale enterprise, he re-echoed the “posterity for all” mantra of the foundation, Mr. Rasaq promised that the foundation will continue to bring succor and relief close to the underprivileged and needy.
