The Deputy Senate Leader and Senator representing Kwara South Senatorial district, Senator Oyelola Ashiru has made cash donations worth millions of Naira to support the renowned Offa Football Club.
As a fan of the Offa Football Club, the Three Million Naira in cash donation is to aid the club’s logistics, the senator said on Saturday morning while interacting with Coordinator of the club, Azeez Omoluabi.
During the interactive session, the Deputy Senate Leader discussed ideas with the Coordinator on potential strategies to enhance sports promotion in the Kwara South Constituency.
The Lawmaker also hinted group of footballers about his plan to build a recreational and sports center in Kajola, Oke-Ero Local Government, as well as in Offa Local Government.
The Senator stated that allocated resources will be utilized and invested to guarantee the success and realization of the projects.
On his part, Azeez Omoluabi intimates the Lawmaker of the National League the Club is scheduled to be participating in the coming days.
He expresses gratitude to the Senator for his leadership style and vision to enhance socioeconomic and developmental projects in the region across all sectors.
