The Kwara State Government has reiterated its commitment to participatory governance by seeking collaboration with stakeholders on community development projects.
This move aims to ensure that grassroots development is inclusive and effective, with all stakeholders working together towards a common goal. By fostering a spirit of cooperation and collaboration, the government hopes to harness the expertise and resources of various stakeholders to drive community development and improve the lives of citizens at the grassroots level.
The Senior Special Assistant to the Kwara State Governor on Community Development, Dr Lawal Olohungbebe who disclosed this during a community development stakeholders’ meeting, said his office was committed to achieving development goals of Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq’s led administration by working together with individuals, corporate bodies and development agencies.
Olohungbebe, therefore, encouraged Kwarans to share their community development issues through phone lines as contained in the flyer.
