President Tinubu Named Kwara Born Expert, Engr Nurudeen Adeyemi As TETFund Board Member



President Bola Tinubu has appointed a new 7-member board for the Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFund), with Engr. Nurudeen Adeyemi Balogun, a renowned aeronautic and astronautic expert from Kwara, among the appointees.

According to the President’s spokesperson, Ajuri Ngilale, the new board aims to revitalize the tertiary education sector, ensuring improved productivity and quality.

The appointees, including Alhaji Aminu Masari (Chairman), Senator Sani Danladi, Mr. Sunday Adepoju, Mrs. Esther Onyinyechukwu Ukachukwu, Mr. Turaki Ibrahim, and Mr. Aboh Eduyok, are tasked with driving TETFund’s objective of providing critical support for tertiary education and enhancing Nigeria’s human capital development.

President Tinubu expects the appointees to bring their expertise and dedication to the role, transforming Nigeria’s higher education landscape.
