
Youth organizations in Ibolo and Offa, Kwara State, have commended Senator Lola Ashiru, Deputy Senate Leader, for his commitment to empowering young people through his recent laptop distribution program.
Olufemi Oguntokun, National President of Ibolo Youth Development Association, expressed gratitude to Senator Ashiru, stating that the laptops will enhance access to information and technology, providing opportunities for Ibolo youths to become more knowledgeable, skilled, and competitive.
Similarly, Aare Musbau Olaniyi, National President of Offa Youths Council (OYC), thanked Senator Ashiru for including OYC members in the empowerment program, benefiting six individuals: Agidigbadi Kehinde, Abdulazeez A K, N A Lawal, Balkis Shuaib, Taopheeq Olasunkanmi Azeez, and the OYC Secretariat.
Senator Ashiru’s initiative has been hailed as a significant contribution to the upliftment of young people in Kwara South, demonstrating his commitment to youth development and human capital growth.
His leadership and vision for a prosperous Kwara South have inspired many, and his empowerment programs have equipped young individuals with essential skills and resources.
