Yuletide: NICO Boss, Otunba Ajiboye Felicitates With Nigerians

The Executive Secretary of the National Institute for Cultural Orientation (NICO), Otunba Biodun Ajiboye, has extended warm greetings to Christians across Nigeria on the joyous occasion of Christmas.

In a statement released through his media office on Tuesday, Ajiboye emphasized that Christmas commemorates the birth of Jesus Christ and should serve as a time to cultivate love, compassion, and kindness. He urged Nigerians to embrace the virtuous principles that the season embodies.

“The Christmas season in Christendom symbolizes joy, peace, hope, love, goodwill, and the promise of salvation,” said the NICO Boss.

“These values, exemplified by the advent of Jesus Christ, are profoundly needed in our nation today, particularly as President Bola Tinubu diligently works to revitalize our economy.” He added.

The Cultural ICON who charged Christians to continue to champion unity, understanding, peaceful coexistence, and national development also called for prayers for the continued success of President Tinubu’s “Renewed Hope” agenda, which he said has already begun to yield positive results. He said the increased engagement of world leaders with the President on potential collaborations will not only bring development to the country but also re-establish it as a leading power in Africa.

“I implore our Christian compatriots to utilize this season to fervently pray for our beloved nation, Nigeria”.

“Let us strive to live together in harmony so that we may prosper as a nation.” the statement added.
