A prominent chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and business mogul, Ambassador AbdulFatai Yahaya Seriki-Gambari, has expressed deep sorrow over the death of Alhaji Prince AbdulKadir Mahe, the Chief of Staff to Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq.
In a condolence message personally signed by Ambassador Yahaya Seriki, he described the late Chief of Staff as a father figure and a unifying presence in Kwara State.
“Kwara has lost a rare gem in Alhaji Prince AbdulKadir Mahe. He was not just a Chief of Staff; he was a father to all, a leader who always prioritised the welfare of the people,” Seriki remarked.
He extended his heartfelt condolences to Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, the Emir of Ilorin, Alhaji Dr Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari CFR, and the entire Ilorin Emirate, noting that the loss was deeply felt across the state.
Speaking further, he said: “The passing of Prince Mahe is a significant loss not only to the government but to the people of Kwara State, who have benefited immensely from his wisdom, humility, and commitment to progress.”
Ambassador Yahaya Seriki also prayed for Allah to grant the deceased Al-Jannah Firdaus and for strength and patience for the bereaved family to bear the irreparable loss.
“Our thoughts and prayers are with his family, friends, and all those who were touched by his exemplary life. May Allah grant us all the fortitude to bear this great loss,” he concluded.
