In a bid to enhance quality service delivery in public service, the National Orientation Agency (NOA) Organised a One-day inauguration and mandatory training for NOA local SERVICOM committee on servicom methods.
The event which was hosted by the Director General, Mallam Lanre Issa Onilu aimed at equipping members of the committee with knowledge to provide quality service to Nigerians.
Onilu, while addressing members of the committee present, said that NOA as an agency is known for its relentless efforts in value orientation which also encompasses leadership, stressing that the entire process of service delivery should start from the public service, and the demonstration from the agency would effectively communicate the right message of quality service delivery to the general public.
He further stated that communicating Government policies is one leg of the dual responsibilities of the Agency and stated that another responsibility is sensitizing Nigerians.
