Ilorin Emirate Council member and kingmaker, Balogun Alanamu of Ilorin, Dr. Usman Atolagbe, has described Engr. Saleeman Adedoyin Saleeman as “a golden son of Ilorin Emirate” for his exceptional generosity in leading the SAS Foundation’s Ramadan Food Outreach, which provided essential food supplies to over 1,000 families in Ilorin, the Kwara State capital.

During a visit to the palace of Dr. Abubakar Jos, the Balogun Alanamu of Ilorin Emirate, he praised the foundation’s founder for his unwavering commitment to giving back to his roots.

“It is a joy to witness our younger generation excelling in philanthropy and business. Saleeman Adedoyin is truly a golden son of Ilorin Emirate. I will ensure that this Ramadan package reaches those who need it most,” Dr. Abubakar Jos assured. He also offered prayers for divine blessings, long life, and continued strength for the foundation’s impactful work.

The initiative, which coincides with Engr. Saleeman Adedoyin’s 34th birthday, has received widespread commendation, prayers, and royal blessings from traditional rulers and beneficiaries across Ilorin.

At a special prayer session organized in honor of the SAS Foundation at the Ubandawaki compound, the founder’s ancestral home, Guest Lecturer Sheikh (Dr.) Ambali AbdulSalam emphasized the importance of philanthropy in alleviating poverty and hunger. He urged Nigerians to avoid wasteful spending and instead invest in meaningful charitable initiatives.

“If poverty and hunger were a person, many would cry out in anguish and flood the streets in search of relief,” Sheikh Ambali stated. “The Prophet (P.B.U.H) preached against wasteful spending and encouraged equal opportunities for all to thrive. It is heartening to see Engr. Saleeman Adedoyin continuing this noble legacy of selflessness.”

The Director General of the SAS Foundation, Mallam Muslim Saleeman, reaffirmed the foundation’s commitment to empowering lives and building brighter futures. He called on well-meaning individuals and philanthropists to support charitable initiatives that contribute to Kwara State’s development.
