
As Muslim Communities are set to celebrate this year’s Eid-el -Fitr to mark the end of the Ramadan Fast, the Deputy Leader of the Senate, Architect Oyelola Yisa Ashiru has emphasized the need to sustain the prayers and other good virtues exhibited during the holy month to build an egalitarian society.
The Lawmaker representing Kwara South in a message felicitates with Muslim Ummah on successfully ending the month-long Ramadan fast .
Ashiru calls on believers to use the period to sustain their prayers for the nation to overcome its emerging challenges and also to pray for the success of the present administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
” While thanking Allah and congratulating Muslims for successfully ending the Ramadan Fast, I call for support for the less privileged ones in the society to give them a sense of belonging.
” I pray Almighty Allah to reward all the devout observance of the Holy Month of Ramadan with greater blessings on the Islamic faith adherents across Kwara south senatorial district in particular and the nation at large.”
