The Deputy Senate Leader, Senator Oyelola Ashiru on Monday attended the inauguration of the Governing Board of the Nigerian Ports Authority.
Senator Ashiru representing Kwara South Senatorial district joined others at the Federal Ministry of Marine and Blue Economy Headquarters, Abuja.
The Minister of Marine and Blue Economy, Gboyega Oyetola urged the new NPA Governing Board to implement the renewal hope agenda in the Port Authority.
Hon. Olayemi Olabanji, one of the Board members hails from Kwara South and currently APC Senatorial Chairman.
The event was attended and celebrated by Sen. Oyelola Ashiru, the Deputy Senate leader and senator representing Kwara South, Hon. Raheem Olawuyi, Member representing Ekiti/Irepodun/Isin/Oke-Ero Federal constituency, among other prominent politicians, family members and well wishers.
