The Founder of ENACT and Member BOT, Representing North Central, at the Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFund), Engr. Nurudeen Adeyemi Balogun, has expressed deep sorrow over the passing of Oludofian of Idofian, His Royal Highness Oba Muhammed Jamiu Omikunle II.
Engr. Adeyemi Balogun described the late monarch as a symbol of peace, humility, and purposeful leadership whose commitment to the progress and unity of Idofian left enduring marks in the hearts of his people.
“Oba Muhammed Jamiu Omikunle II was a true custodian of culture and tradition, and under his guidance, Idofian witnessed visible strides in community cohesion and development. His passing is not just a loss to the royal family or the good people of Idofian alone, but to all who value tradition, peace, and service to the people,” Engr. Adeyemi stated.
He condoled with the royal family, the people of Idofian, and the entire Ifelodun Local Government Area, urging them to find comfort in the noble legacy the monarch leaves behind.
“May Almighty Allaah grant the late monarch al-jannah Firdaus and strengthen his family and the community during this difficult moment,” he prayed.
