JUST IN: MANKO Visits Emir of Patigi Over Bandit Attacks

••• Visit deceased families to offer sympathy


Alh Abdilkadir Attahiru Adamu Manko (Zanako Etsu Patigi), business Mogul and APC stalwart, visits the people of Patigi local government in solidarity and a show of sympathy over concerns about attacks by non-state actors on its people that have led to loss of lives.

Manko first arrived at the emir’s palace paying homage and showing solidarity with assurance of support to the people during this trying period. He appreciates the Emir’s unrelenting resolve to rally round the government and all other stakeholders to rise against the backdrop of the ugly challenge that is rare to the people and their environment.

At the home of the head of the local vigilantes in EMIWOROGI, MANKO sympathised with him over the loss of some of our brave hunters who were ambushed, while commending him for their show of courage.

Preceding the visit, Alh Manko had provided financial support to the families of all the deceased across the three districts of Patigi, Kpada and Lade, which the Head of the hunter acknowledged. He further gave more financial assistance to the wives of the deceased during his visitation.

Manko was at the General Hospital, Patigi, where he supported the medical bills of all patients and motivated all the 24 medical staff with financial aid, including about 22 practising medical health students.

Manko ensures he touches the home-affected persons at Patigi, Echiwada, Shiangi, and Koro.


Manko is expected to be at Lade today in conclusion of his sympathy and solidarity support.

Reassure the people of government efforts and warn against misinformation to avoid panic. In his words, “Security is a collective effort”, and we must all resolve to be together at this point to confront the criminals under whatever disguise and banner. We must also watch against internal conspiracy and sabotage, while complementing government efforts to resolve the concerns he concluded.
