Irepodun Youths under the aegis of the Irepodun Youths Council has congratulated the Olupo of Ajase-Ipo, His Royal Majesty, Oba (Barr) Ismail Bolaji Yahaya Muhammed Atoloye Alebiosu on his award of excellence and investiture as an Ambassador of the University of Ilorin (UNILORIN).
The Investiture Award held at the University’s Auditorium on Wednesday July 16th, 2025 coincidence with the institute’s 50th year anniversary.
The President of the council, Comrade Ibiwoye Olaniyi Moses Aniyikaye in his congratulatory message issued through the Director of New Media, Kehinde Sulaiman Guba congratulated the revered monarch, expressing that the award is deserving and it is indeed in recognition of his invaluable contributions to the progress of Ajase-Ipo land and the state at large.
The group commended the better by far University, University of Ilorin for coming up with such initiatives to recognise their alumni who have been contributing excellently to the progress of the society in their respective spheres of life.
“Olupo as an alumnus of UNILORIN has been promoting the ideals and image of the University as the revered monarch of Ajase-Ipo land and Chairman of Igbomina traditional council since his ascension to the throne” said Aniyikaye.
“We congratulate our Royal father on this feat and yet adding another feather to his cap as the Ambassador of the most sought after University in Nigeria” He concluded.
