Renowned Youth Council, the Irepodun Youths Council has extended warm congratulations to the Executive Chairman of Irepodun Local Government Area, Hon. Abdulazeez Tinuola Aremu Yakubu on Koko-Araromi Chieftaincy title.
The Irepodun Local Government Boss was conferred with the Chieftaincy title Bobakeye of Koko-Araromi alongside his wife, who was also conferred as Yeye Bobakeye.
Installing the duo on Sunday at the palace of Onikoko, His Royal Highness Oba Abdulrahman Ayinla Adio-Onikoyi, the Onikoko of Koko-Araromi said the recognition is honour of the Chairman’s commitment to grassroots development and his impactful efforts on the community.
The President of the council, Comrade Ibiwoye Olaniyi Moses Aniyikaye in his congratulatory through the Director of New Media, Kehinde Sulaiman Guba said the Chieftaincy honour is a testament to Honourable Azeez’s progressive Leadership and achievements through the execution of people’s oriented policy.
The group also extended commendations to the Onikoko of Koko-Araromi for finding Honourable Azeez worthy of the chieftaincy title.
“Honourable Azeez since assuming office as the Executive Chairman of Irepodun Local Government Area has shown his commitments to grassroots development and progressive ideologies” said Aniyikaye.
“We congratulate Hon Azeez on this befitting honour, this shows that His outstanding leadership achievements towards completing Gov AbdulRazaq’s efforts are being felt even down to the downtrodden and at the grassroots” He concluded.
