Engr. Nurudeen Adeyemi Balogun, Founder of ENACT and Member, Board of Trustees of the Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFund), has extended heartfelt birthday wishes to the Executive Chairman of Ifelodun Local Government, Hon. Femi Yusuf, on the occasion of his birthday anniversary.
