The Founder of ENACT and Member, Board of Trustees (BOT), Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFund), Engr. Nurudeen Adeyemi Balogun, has extended warm felicitations to Dr. Muhammad Alimi AbdulRazaq, LLB, the distinguished Mutawali of Ilorin, on the occasion of his birthday.
