The Founder of ENACT and Member, Board of Trustees of TETFUND, Engr. Nurudeen Adeyemi Balogun, has joined well-wishers across Kwara State and beyond to felicitate the Deputy Governor of Kwara State, His Excellency, Elder Kayode Alabi, on the occasion of his birthday anniversary.
