The Department of Political Science at the University of Ilorin (UNILORIN) has announced that Engr. Nurudeen Adeyemi Balogun, ENACT Principal and Board Member of the Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFUND) representing the North Central region, will be the keynote speaker at its upcoming distinguished personality lecture.
The event, which aims to foster a thought-provoking conversation on education, policy, and national growth, is scheduled for Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at 10:00 AM at the University’s Auditorium.
According to a press release obtained by 9japarrot media, the lecture’s theme will be “TETFUND as a Catalyst for Transformative Educational Outcomes: A Paradigm Shift Towards Achieving the Renewed Hope Agenda’s Objectives in Nigerian Tertiary Institutions.”
The focus will be on how TETFUND’s interventions are creating a paradigm shift in Nigeria’s higher education sector and contributing to the goals of the present administration’s Renewed Hope Agenda.
The Vice-Chancellor of UNILORIN, Prof. Wahab Olasupo Egbewole (SAN), will be the Chief Host of the lecture, while Dr. Edun Abdulkareem will serve as the Host.
