
The Olupo of Ajase-Ipo, His Royal Majesty Oba Ismail Bolaji Yahaya Mohammed Atoloye Alebiosu, has delivered the cash support pledged and donated by Engr. Nurudeen Adeyemi to the victims of the fire outbreak at the Ajase-Ipo Kara Market.
The revered monarch delivered the aid on Thursday on behalf of the TETFund Board Member representing the North Central region and his co-donor, Prince ‘Lekan Adewoye.
The kind-hearted gentlemen donated a total sum of N 5,500,000 (Five Million, Five Hundred Thousand Naira) to provide succor to those affected by the Wednesday, August 20, 2025, inferno.
A statement from the monarch’s media office made available to 9japarrot media confirmed that all victims of the fire outbreak have been fully paid and their receipts duly acknowledged in writing.
The distribution event was a formal affair, witnessed by key community and market leaders, including the Babaloja of Ajase-Ipo, Iyaloja of Ajase-Ipo, the Sarkin Kaara, and members of the Olupo-In-Council.
9japarrot media reports that the N5.5 million donation was consolidated by the generosity of Engr. Nurudeen Adeyemi, who had previously contributed N3 million on September 4, a gesture that earned him widespread praise from the Olupo and market hierarchy.
