
Barrister Titilope Joseph Akogun, popularly known as Amofin Akogun, has officially kicked off his political consultations ahead of the next political cycle, starting with a crucial meeting with key Elder Women Stakeholders and women party leaders from all 11 wards of Irepodun Local Government Area.
The strategic meeting, tagged “Ipade Abiyamo” (The Gathering of Mothers), was held on Tuesday and brought together a diverse group of grassroots leaders, market women, youth representatives, and community influencers.
The gathering focused on unity, empowerment, and the collective march toward victory once again for the party as the women dialogue on the place of Irepodun in the House of Representatives pursuit, affirming that “A Strategy that works” as analysed by Amofin Akogun is the Game Changer.
Addressing the gathering, Amofin Akogun expressed deep appreciation for the unwavering strength and resilience of the women of Irepodun, women who, he noted, “stand as the soul of every political victory and the moral heartbeat of our communities.”








He emphasized the need for renewed coordination, belief, commitment and clarity of purpose as the political season draws near, reaffirming his belief that genuine progress must be people-driven and anchored on inclusivity, compassion, and service.
“Our silence has not been weak,” Akogun stated, “it has been a strategy. Now, we rise again, not in noise, but in impact, unity, and conviction.”
Throughout the meeting, participants reiterated their commitment to sustaining the ideals of the Akogun Youth Movement, highlighting past achievements in youth empowerment, community development, and women-led initiatives under Akogun’s leadership. Many described the session as “a family reunion of purpose” and a “renewal of trust and strength.”
As conversations deepened, a collective resolve emerged, that the women of Irepodun would once again stand firm at the forefront of change, ready to write another chapter of victory for their people and their future.
With hearts aligned and spirits rekindled, the meeting closed on a note of solidarity, prayer, and promise, that the road ahead belongs to those who work, believe, and never stop striving for the greater good for a Productive House of Representatives Victory Again.
