In a move that underscores the growing cordiality between Nigeria and the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, the Venezuela Ambassador to Nigeria, H.E. Ambassador Alberto Castellar Padilla, alongside the Counsellor–Deputy Ambassador, Alvaro Guzmán Pereira, paid a courtesy visit today to the private office of Senator Orji Uzor Kalu office in Abuja.
The meeting, held in an atmosphere of mutual respect and diplomatic warmth, focused on strengthening cooperation and expanding areas of partnership between both nations.
According to Senator Kalu, the visit reflects a shared commitment to deepening diplomatic engagement and fostering meaningful dialogue.
Discussions centred on promoting closer ties, improving collaboration in key sectors, and exploring new avenues that will advance the aspirations of both countries.
“We look forward to more productive discussions that will enhance our mutual understanding and deepen the relationship between us,” the host said, reaffirming Nigeria’s readiness to work closely with Venezuela on strategic interests.
The visit marks another step in ongoing efforts by both nations to solidify bilateral relations and promote sustainable cooperation.
