My phone wasn’t on DND before going to bed on Friday night, not because I was expecting a call, but only God knows why.
At around 1:07am Saturday morning, woke up to a missed call from Samad, I was worried why would Samad called me so late, called him back severally but his line was busy. After many attempts, I received a terrifying text about the gruesome death of “Leader Now Now”. For a moment, I was in a state of shock. Nothing terrifies me than this.
In furtherance to our discussion on Friday evening, we scheduled to have an elaborate discussion on shared interest on Saturday morning. Alas! He’s gone in to the world beyond.
Leader Now Now was a core progressive, he was the main man, a man of great energy and unmatched street credibility.
He was a unique man, tactical and strategic, a great envy to the opposition, a core loyalist and a true worshiper in the temple of egalitarianism. May history never forget you.
Leader Now Now will be missed for his loyalty, for his astuteness and for his commitment and courage. He was a fearless leader.
When it was fickle, we thought it was a banter, till the tragedy struck. Now that you’d be laid to rest, may almighty God forgives your sin and grant you Aljanat Firdaous.
