The Deputy Senate Leader, Senator Oyelola Ashiru will embark on one-week health intervention Kwara South Senatorial district.
The Health Intervention projects for 2026 will start on Tuesday with Medical Outreach at Ile Abasi, Elan, Oke-ero local government areas by 10am. While the medical personnel would be at Primary Health Care Centre, University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital Igbaja on Wednesday and conclude the medical outreach at Basic Health Care Centre, Omupo, Ifelodun local government.
The Senator in a teaser message released on Sunday says: “In our efforts in bringing quality healthcare to our people, my office will be Organising a 3-day medical outreach at the below designated areas. Additionally, the office will be equipping and distributing drugs to 5 Primary Health Care Centres, this will enhance healthcare delivery.


“This our effort is geared towards enhancing the healthcare services, promoting health awareness and contributing to the overall development of our communities.”
According to the Lawmaker, Idofin-Igbana Health Care Centre, Koro Primary Health Care Centre, Isapa Primary Health Care Centre, Model Primary Health Care Centre, Owu-Isin and Ilale Primary Health Care Centre will also recieve medical equipment and drugs on Friday, January 30, 2026.
