Happy birthday, baaami Oloro, His Royal Majesty Oba Joel Olaniyi Oyatoye Titiloye Olufayo II. It always gives me great joy each time I remember that you’re the imperial majesty of the 11-generic communities that make up Oro Kingdom.
In your less than two years reign as the Kabiyesi of Oro Kingdom, you have positively rewritten the history of Oro Kingdom and placed Oro Kingdom on the global map. In your reign, you have attracted economic and cultural prosperity to Oro Kingdom.
Kabiyesi, as someone who has unrestricted access to you, I can say it authoritatively that the love you have for the sons and daughters of Oro Kingdom is unparalleled, you prioritise the development, unity and peace of Oro Kingdom. You are ever willing to engage with Oro indigenes, graciously making time for conference calls whenever I reach out. Your prayers, words of encouragement, and fatherly counsel are always uplifting and satisfying.
Kabiyesi, during the burial of my late father, when you were unavoidably away in Canada, you demonstrated exceptional compassion and leadership by sending Baalẹ and chiefs, who also doubles as members of the Oloro-in-Council to represent you. This gesture remains profoundly touching and unforgettable.
Long may you reign on the throne of your forebears. May God Almighty continually endow Your Majesty with the wisdom, strength, and discernment required to steer the affairs of Oro Kingdom.
Ọmọ Olufayo. Ọmọ Olufadi.
