The movement made a formal appeal to the leadership of the state and the All Progressives Congress (APC), urging His Excellency, Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, to support Engr. Balogun’s political aspirations, noting that his experience would complement the administration’s giant strides.

They called on traditional rulers, religious leaders, and party members to recommend Engr. Balogun for high-ranking elective positions in the 2027 cycle.

“With the caliber of individuals like Engr Nurudeen vying for elective office, people will be highly motivated and inspired to turn out en masse and vote. He will not betray the trust reposed in him.” They said.

Earlier during the launch, the movement expressed strong support for the current leadership at both the federal and state levels.

The group commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for his strategic initiatives in repositioning Nigeria’s economy, strengthening infrastructure, and empowering SMEs. They formally declared support for his re-election, viewing it as necessary to consolidate ongoing reforms.

They lauded Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq for transforming Kwara from a civil service state into a development-driven hub through reforms in healthcare, education, and fiscal responsibility.
