A new chapter in humanitarian service and community development is about to unfold with the official launch of the Al-Khalifa Humanitarian & Community Initiatives Foundation, a non-profit organization established to empower the less privileged and transform communities.
The Foundation is driven by a strong commitment to providing essential support in critical areas such as food assistance, education, healthcare services, empowerment programs, and sustainable community development initiatives. Its vision is centered on creating meaningful opportunities that enable individuals and vulnerable groups to thrive and live with dignity.
As part of its take-off activities, the Foundation will roll out impactful programs including a Ramadan Food Drive, aimed at supporting vulnerable families and ensuring they experience relief and comfort during the holy month. The initiative reflects the Foundation’s broader mission of delivering practical solutions to pressing social challenges.
Speaking ahead of the launch, the Director General, Amb. Bello Uthman Salaty, emphasized that the Foundation is committed to building partnerships and mobilizing support from well-meaning individuals, corporate bodies, and community stakeholders to achieve its humanitarian objectives.
