The ENACT Team heartily congratulates Dr. Babatunde Salami, Secretary General of the ENACT Unity Group, on his well-deserved appointment as the National Executive Commissioner of The Scout Association of Nigeria (TSAN).
Dr. Salami’s appointment followed a rigorous screening process and detailed evaluation of his credentials, experience, leadership capacity, and unwavering commitment to youth development. He was adjudged the most suitable candidate among all applicants for the prestigious national office.
The appointment, which takes immediate effect, recognizes Dr. Salami’s distinguished record of service, administrative competence, and dedication to advancing the ideals of Scouting as founded by Robert Baden-Powell. As National Executive Commissioner, he is expected to work closely with the National Scout Board, the Chief Commissioner’s Office, State Commissioners, and other critical stakeholders to strengthen the administrative structure of Scouting in Nigeria, promote transparency and accountability, and expand its reach and impact nationwide.
