
Socio-political group, Kwara N Re Waju, has called on Muslims to continue praying for the peace and progress of the state and country even after the end of the holy month of Ramadan.
According to a statement issued by Abddulkabir Ibrahim, acting publicity secretary, the group extended warm greetings and heartfelt felicitations to the Muslim faithful across Kwara on the joyous celebrations of Eid-el-fitri 1447 AH.
Ibrahim said the festival offers the opportunity to share love and gratitude to God and loved ones, while renewing their support and commitment to the peace and development of the nation.
He urged Muslims to imbibe positive values and patriotism for the growth of the society.
Kwara N Re Waju, a socio-political group loyal to Director General of National Orientation Agency (NOA), also congratulated President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR, Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq CON, Emir of Ilorin, His Royal Highness, Alhaji (Dr.) Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari, CFR, as well as the Kwara State Council of Ulamah, on the successful completion of the Ramadan fast.
The group also prayed to Allah to grant their principal success in his endeavours, saying that God is preparing him for a higher purpose in the state.
