Leading aspirant for the Ekiti/Irepodun/Isin/Oke-Ero Federal House of Representatives seat, Hon. Chief (Mrs.) Olasumbo Florence Oyeyemi has extended her warmest felicitations to her Constituents on the occasion of this year’s Easter celebrations.
In a statement issued through her Media Team and made available to 9japarrot on Sunday, the former Commissioner for Finance reflected on the profound symbolism of the day, describing it as the definitive victory of light over darkness and life over death.
Hon. Oyeyemi noted that the Easter story serves as a divine reminder that challenges, no matter how daunting are merely precursors to a greater victory.
“Easter reminds us that no matter how dark the ‘Night’ of our challenges may seem, the ‘Dawn’ of our triumph is inevitable,”the statement reads.
“Just as the resurrection brought a new covenant of hope, I remain committed to a ‘New Dawn’ for our federal constituency one built on selfless service, accountability, and the collective rising of our people.” She added.
The Yeyeluwa further emphasized that true growth requires a solid foundation while reiterating that her aspiration is not merely a political race but a solemn pact to ensure that the people of the four local governments rise together in prosperity.
She offered her sincerest prayers for the spiritual and physical well-being of all constituents, asking that the power of the resurrection breathe “new life” into the health, businesses, and aspirations of every family.
