President Tinubu mandates NIN registration for all Nigerians before December 2026
This was made known by NIMC Director-General/CEO, Abisoye Coker-Odusote, while speaking on Channels TV Sunday politics.
According to Coker-Odusote, the commission has in total captured 137,371,080 Nigerians in its database.
We are now mandated by the President that we should go down to the community level and enroll every single Nigerian.
“The President have given us till the end of this year to make sure that we capture every single Nigerian,” she said.
To achieve this target, the NIMC has partnered with relevant organisations under the World Bank’s Identification for Development, ID4D, project.
