Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, presidential candidate of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), has prayed the Federal High Court (FHC) in Abuja to grant an order allowing him to amend his suit seeking disqualification of President Bola Tinubu and the All Progressives Congress (APC) from the 2027 presidential election.
Atiku and the ADC, in the suit, urged Justice Inyang Ekwo to disqualify President Tinubu and APC from contesting in the 2027 presidential election over alleged submission of forged National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) discharge certificate to INEC.
