Prof. Ali Ahmad Urges Muslims To Emulate Values of Compassion, Kindness

Professor Ali Ahmad, a former Speaker of the Kwara State House of Assembly and renowned Professor of Constitutional Law has extended his warm wishes to the Muslim community on the occasion of the Eid-ulAdha celebration.

In a Sallah message issued on Sunday, Prof. Ahmad called on Muslims to extend a helping hand to those in need, just as Allah has blessed them with abundance.

He also urged faithfuls to celebrate the Eid with love, peace, and harmony, and to use the opportunity to supplicate to God to perfect everything about the nation.

His statement reads;

“As we celebrate Eid-el-Kabir, let us remember the values of compassion, kindness, and generosity that define our faith.

Let us extend a helping hand to those in need, just as Allah has blessed us with abundance.

On the occasion of the 2024 Sallah, I urge our brethren to celebrate this Eid with love, peace, and harmony. We should equally use the opportunity of the Eid to supplicate to God to perfect everything about our nation and grant us wisdom, guidance, and prosperity.”
