The Liberty Chambers Faculty of Law, University of Ilorin has announced the 4th edition of the Annual Titilope Anifowoshe Freshers Moot Competition.
Our correspondent reports that the competition, themed “Resurgence,” is scheduled to take place from December 16th to 20th, 2024.
According to the organizers, the competition is open to first-year law students of the University of Ilorin.
“Participants will compete for cash prizes, as well as the Best Counsel and Best Advocate awards” said the organizers.
Speaking with our correspondent, Barrister Titilope Anifowoshe Salami (Legal Eagle), founder of the Freshers Moot Competition said the competition which started 3 years ago is designed to test the argumentation skills of the students, and to prepare them for future legal careers.
She added that the 2024 edition organized by Liberty Chambers, Faculty of Law, UNILORIN has promised a thrilling competition, with top-notch judges and mentors guiding the students throughout the process.
The schedule for the competition as obtained by 9japarrot are as follows:
– First Round: December 16th, 2024
– Semi-Final: December 18th, 2024
With the Finals coming up on December 20th, 2024 at the better by far University, University of Ilorin.
