In a bid to improve the lives of his constituents, Senate Deputy Leader, Senator Yisa Oyelola Ashiru, has commenced the enumeration of rural agricultural routes within Kwara South Senatorial district. This initiative aims to complement the APC Administration’s efforts to ensure food security.
According to Senator Ashiru, the enumeration of rural agricultural routes will empower farmers and increase the district’s connectivity. Farmers will now be able to transport their produce to neighboring towns and villages without the hassle of taking longer routes on market days.
The team has already begun enumerating routes in Ifelodun local government area, marking a significant step towards improving the livelihoods of farmers and residents in the district.
This initiative is part of Senator Ashiru’s efforts to rebuild Kwara South through infrastructure development, education, healthcare, and agriculture.
