Ajasse-Ipo Born Philanthropist Alabi Olobi Bags Second Master’s Degree

 

 

A Chieftain of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) and a Chairmanship candidate for Irepodun Local Government Area during the last Kwara LG election, Alhaji Ahmed Olalekan Alabi Olobi, the Bobaselu of Ajasse-Ipo, has achieved another milestone by earning his second Master’s degree.

This feat is a testament to his unwavering commitment to personal development and his passion for service to humanity.

Alh. Olobi’s academic journey is a story of perseverance and dedication. Born in Ajasse-Ipo, Kwara State, and raised in Lagos, he was instilled with the values of resilience, hard work, and honesty by his parents. His late father, Alhaji Alabi Olobi Bami Sherere, emphasized the importance of education, saying, “Education is the key to unlocking your potential.”

9japarrot reports that Alh. Olobi has demonstrated his academic prowess by earning two Master’s degrees from reputable institutions in Nigeria.

In 2024, he graduated with a Master’s degree in Policy and Strategic Studies from Kwara State University, Malete. Today, 7th January, 2025 he added another feather to his cap with a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MSc) from Al-Hikmah University, Ilorin, the first Islamic-based conventional university in Nigeria.

The Irepodun born politician’s pursuit of academic excellence is driven by his passion for service to humanity and community development. As a serial entrepreneur and philanthropist, he has demonstrated his commitment to giving back to his community and advancement of his beloved town Ajasse-Ipo, and the Igbomina land as a whole.

Olobi’s story is a beacon of hope and inspiration to others. His determination to succeed despite the challenges he faced is a testament to the power of perseverance and dedication.

“Alhmudulilahi Rabi Alamina. Hasa min fadli Rabbi”

Today, 7th January, 2025, another milestone was achieved as I bagged another Masters Degree (Msc in Business Administration) from the First Islamic Based Conventional University in Nigeria, Al-Hikmah University, Ilorin. It would be recalled penultimate last year I convocated from another niche citadel of learning, Kwara State University, Malete where I also bagged another Masters in Policy and Strategic Studies.

“As I reflect on my journey, I am reminded of the humble beginnings that shaped my determination to succeed. Born in Ajasse-Ipo, Kwara State, and raised in Lagos, my upbringing was marked by simplicity and hard work.”

My parents, particularly my late father, Alhaji Alabi Olobi Bami Sherere, instilled in me the values of resilience, hard work, and honesty. His words of encouragement still echo in my mind: “Education is the key to unlocking your potential.”, He said.

“Growing up, I witnessed firsthand the struggles of my father a community developer and philanthropist. Their sacrifices fueled my desire to succeed and make them proud while also walking in their footsteps of philanthropist and love for community Ajasseipo and Igbomina land as a whole” He added.

Today, I am proud to have added another milestone with a space of a month to my academic journey – a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MSc) from the First Islamic Based University in Nigeria, Al-Hikmah University, Ilorin, the statement added.

Speaking with our correspondent, Olobi appreciates friends and family for their support.

He reiterated his commitment to continue to strive for excellence while hoping to inspire others to pursue their goals and never give up on their dreams.

He prayed that Allah be pleased with the return of his late father, and grants his mother many more years to enjoy the fruits of her labor.
