Kwara State Governor, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, visited the family of the late ex-military administrator (MILAD) of Kwara State, retired Group Captain Salaudeen Adebola Latinwo, who passed away last Saturday.

Captain Latinwo served as the military administrator for Kwara State from January 1984 to August 1985.

The Governor was welcomed by the Latinwo family and some APC chieftains, including former Commissioner for Energy, Hon. Femi Whyte Agbaje, in Offa.

During the visit, Governor AbdulRazaq expressed his condolences to the family, acknowledging Captain Latinwo’s contributions as a military officer and administrator. He assured the family that Captain Latinwo’s legacy would be remembered. The Governor also signed the condolence register at the family house.

Alhaji Lateef Latinwo, the younger brother of the deceased, thanked Governor AbdulRazaq for the visit and the support they had received from the administration.

This visit took place shortly after the Governor received the remains of Nigeria’s Ambassador to France, Kayode Laro, and attended the burial in Ilorin.
