As a sports lover, the Senator representing the good people of Kwara North, Sadiq Suleiman Umar (3SU) has extended his best wishes to the Kwara contingent who are representing the state at the 9th National Youth Games in Asaba, Delta State.
Sen Sadiq Umar while extending his wishes to the Kwara Contingent acknowledged and appreciated His Excellency Gov. Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq CON (the Kwara State Governor) for his unwavering efforts and continuous backing which has inspired successes in sports at all levels in Kwara State. He urged the Sportsmen and Women to remain disciplined, determined, and focused throughout the competition.
“ It is a privilege to represent your dear state (Kwara) at the National Youth Games. Many young people out there would have loved to be in your position, but you were chosen, so you must make good use of this opportunity and make us proud. “
“ We are in Asaba to do just one thing, which is to win and aim for Gold. Put in your best, abide by all the rules and regulations, and most importantly, be good Ambassadors of the state,” he charged.
The National Youth Games is Nigeria’s biggest grassroots sports competition, bringing together the best young athletes to compete for honours, develop their talents, and drive national integration.
