The Kwara State Government is set to host a major technology showcase, the Kwara Coding and Digital Literacy Exhibition 2025, a premier event that will celebrate the success of the state’s transformative investment in human capital development.
According to a statement obtained by 9japarrot media, the event is scheduled for Wednesday, October 29, 2025, and will be held at the Kwara State Banquet Hall, Ilorin.
The exhibition will be graced by the Executive Governor of Kwara State and Chairman of the Nigeria Governors’ Forum, His Excellency, Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq (CON). The Governor’s presence underscores the administration’s commitment to building a digitally fluent and innovative future generation.
Organized by the Office of the Special Assistant on Digital Innovations, the exhibition marks the culmination of the Kwara Coding and Digital Literacy Programme, an initiative launched in February 2025 that has empowered hundreds of students from over 50 schools across all 16 local government areas.

“The success of this programme is already resonating beyond our state,” said Hon Ishola Kayode. “Our students’ recent achievement—where the Igbaja Agritech Mini innovation emerged among the top three winners at the National Kids Innovation Challenge in Lagos—demonstrates the world-class talent and creativity we are nurturing right here in Kwara.”
