
Senator Ashiru Yisa Oyelọla (Kwara South Senatorial District) has expressed profound sorrow over the passing of elder statesman, Chief Joseph Adeniyi Aderibigbe, describing him as a man of honour and exemplary dedication to public service.
In a condolence message made available to 9japarrot media, Senator Ashiru reflected on the impactful career of the late Chief Aderibigbe, who was a respected figure in the state’s civil service history.
Chief Joseph Adeniyi Aderibigbe was a man of honour, wisdom, and exemplary dedication to public service, the statement reads.
He served diligently as Provincial Secretary in the old Northern Region, Secretary to the Kwara State Government, and later as Head of Service, roles in which he demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and an unwavering commitment to the progress of his people.
On behalf of the good people of Kwara South Senatorial District, I extend my heartfelt condolences to his family, His Royal Highness the Elerin of Erin-Ile, and the entire Erin-Ile community, He said.
Senator Ashiru noted that the passing of the elderstateman is indeed a great loss, not only to Erin-Ile but to Kwara State and Nigeria as a whole.
The lawmaker prayed that Almighty GOD grant the deceased noble soul eternal rest and comfort his loved ones, His Royal Highness, and the people of Kwara with the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss.
