Senator Sadiq Suleiman Umar, representing Kwara North Senatorial District, has congratulated Shepherd School, Lafiagi, and Government Secondary School, Lafiagi, for emerging winner and first runner-up respectively at the 2025 Tax Club Quiz Competition organized by Kwara State Internal Revenue Service (KW-IRS) in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Human Capital Development.
He praised the students, teachers, and parents for their dedication and excellence, describing their performance as a testament to the intellectual potential within Kwara North.
The Senator also commended His Excellency Gov. Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq’s investment in repositioning KW-IRS and the Executive Chairman, Mrs. Shade Omoniyi, for sustaining such an impactful initiative that promotes tax education and civic responsibility among young people.
Senator Sadiq reaffirmed his commitment to supporting education across Kwara North and urged students to keep striving for excellence.
