
Honourable Jimoh Rasheed Temitope, a leading aspirant for the Share/Oke-Ode State Constituency and former President of the Igbomina Youth Assembly, has warmly congratulated Comrade, Chief, Sir Bisi Fakayode on his successful inauguration and assumption of office as the President of Omo Ibile Igbomina, where he now leads the National Executive Council (NEC) of the association.
In a statement made available to the press, Hon. Jimoh noted that Comrade Bisi Fakayode’s emergence reflects the confidence reposed in him by sons and daughters of Igbomina land, both at home and in the diaspora.
According to him, “Chief Bisi Fakayode is a man who understands the needs of the people. He has shown commitment to the unity, progress, and cultural growth of Igbomina land over the years. I believe his leadership, together with members of the National Executive Council, will bring positive changes to our dear igbomina land.”
Hon. Jimoh Rasheed Temitope expressed confidence that the new leadership of Omo Ibile Igbomina will strengthen unity among Igbomina people, promote meaningful development initiatives and deepen collaboration with youths, traditional institutions and relevant stakeholders.
He further urged all Igbomina sons and daughters to rally round the new president, support his vision and place the collective interest of Igbomina land above personal and sectional considerations.
“This is a time for us to come together as one big family and support this new leadership for the good of Igbomina land,” he added.
Hon. Jimoh Rasheed Temitope wished the Sir Bisi Fakayode-led National Executive Council a successful tenure and prayed for wisdom and strength as they serve the people.
