NIPR Kwara Congratulates New CDHR Leadership

The Kwara State chapter of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR) has extended its warm congratulations to the newly installed executive committee of the Committee for the Defence of Human Rights (CDHR), led by Dr. Akintunde Diyaolu.

In a statement signed by NIPR Kwara State Chairman, Gabriel Ogunade, and Secretary, Abdualrahman Sanni, the institute praised Dr. Diyaolu as a seasoned and resourceful professional with longstanding ties to NIPR. The statement highlighted the alignment between CDHR’s mission and NIPR’s focus on public engagement.

“NIPR recognizes the pivotal role of CDHR in promoting human rights and civic engagement in Kwara State,” the statement read. “We are confident that under Dr. Diya’s leadership, CDHR will continue to galvanize efforts towards advancing fundamental citizen rights.”

NIPR expressed optimism about the new leadership’s potential to drive excellence in civic rights advocacy, noting that “civic rights championing has just been given a boost with a core PR practitioner at the helm.”

The institute wished the CDHR executive committee a successful tenure, reaffirming its commitment to collaborative efforts in promoting public welfare and rights in Kwara State.
