A terse statement obtained by 9japarrot media from the Lawmaker’s official social media account confirmed this development on Sunday.

The initiative, which targets hundreds of youths across the seven Local Government Areas of the senatorial district, is part of the lawmaker’s strategic roadmap to bridge the digital divide and foster self-reliance through technological innovation.

Senator Ashiru confirmed that the rigorous selection process has been concluded, and all successful candidates have been notified via their registered contact details.

According to him, the training will provide participants with hands-on experience in high-demand digital skills, ensuring they are competitive in today’s global marketplace.

“This initiative is part of my continued commitment to equipping our youths with relevant digital skills for opportunities in today’s technology-driven world. I wish all participants a productive and impactful training experience.” He said.

The programme is being hosted in collaboration with leading technical partners, including the One Innovation Hub Offa (ONEIH), further positioning Kwara South as a rising hub for technological advancement in North Central Nigeria.
