Qs. Theophilus Ayo Apere, FNIQS, the All Progressives Congress aspirant for Ifelodun/Oyun/Offa Federal Constituency, has congratulated workers across the constituency and Nigeria on the occasion of the 2026 Workers’ Day celebration, pledging to champion their welfare if elected to the House of Representatives.
Apere, in a statement issued on Friday, described workers as the true builders of the nation, whose daily sacrifices drive the economy and hold communities together.
“Every worker deserves dignity, fair wages, and a government that listens. On this Workers’ Day, I salute your strength, your resilience, and your commitment to duty,” he said.
The APC aspirant used the occasion to reaffirm his resolve to pursue pro-worker legislation at the federal level, promising to prioritise policies that improve the living conditions of workers, artisans, and low-income earners within the constituency.
Apere further assured constituents that his professional background and grassroots understanding of their needs position him to deliver purposeful representation in the National Assembly.
He urged workers to remain steadfast and hopeful, stressing that better days lie ahead for Ifelodun/Oyun/Offa Federal Constituency and Nigeria at large.
