The motivation behind the inspiration of Hon. Olasumbo Florence Oyeyemi, All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate to represent the Ekiti/Irepodun/Isin/Oke-Ero Federal Constituency is driven by a singular commitment of ensuring that every resident, ward, and community across the federal constituency is actively carried along in federal governance.
Hon. Oyeyemi during her various engagements with her Constituents has emphasized that a vote for her candidacy is a guarantee of inclusive representation that leaves no demographic in the shadows.
She had earlier noted that for too long, certain communities have felt excluded from the dividends of democracy while reassuring them that “A vote for herself means no one will be left behind, neither the youth seeking genuine opportunity, nor the market women striving for capital, nor the rural communities in need of basic infrastructure.
The Financial expert noted that building a consultative legislative model where every voice in Ekiti, Irepodun, Isin, and Oke-Ero is heard and prioritized in Abuja is her utmost vision.
She acknowledged that every ward will directly input into sponsored motions, bills, and federal budget interventions to address specific local infrastructure and healthcare gaps.
Under her tenure, her quest will focus on targeted youth and student support ensuring young people in remote villages get equal access to federal technical grants, vocational skill acquisition centers, and educational support schemes, turning raw talent into self-reliance.
With equitable community development, she will structure project distribution so that constituency initiatives such as solar street lighting, motorized boreholes, and road grading reach historically underserved farming settlements and rural towns evenly.
By putting people-first inclusion at the core of her legislative blueprint, Hon. Olasumbo Florence Oyeyemi has positioned her campaign as a unified platform for equity, human capital development, and shared prosperity across Kwara South and her federal constituency ahead of the 2027 general elections.
