Alhaji Audi Fanka Salisu Yahaya, the chairman of All Progressive Congress (APC) in Rogo Local Government Area was allegedly abducted during bandits attacks in communities in Kano State.
A source who spoke on condition of anonymity affirmed to DAILY POST that the recent attack happened in Beli village, Rogo LGA, where gunmen reportedly entered the community at around 1 a.m. on Tuesday, fired sporadically, shot a resident and abducted the local APC chairman.
Yahaya was reportedly a close associate of the Speaker of the Kano State House of Assembly, Jibril Ismail Falgore, who hails from the local government area.
