The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate for Kwara South Senatorial District in the 2027 general election, Hon. Prince Saheed Olamilekan Popoola, has celebrated His Royal Majesty, Oba Abdulraheem Oladele Adeoti, the Olomu of Omu-Aran, on the occasion of his 70th birthday.
Popoola, in a message on Tuesday, said the 70th birthday of the Olomu is a moment to honour a monarch who has remained a father to his people and a strong advocate of peace, unity and mutual understanding in Omu-Aran.
The Offa-born politician noted that the reign of Oba Adeoti has been characterized by wisdom, humility and deep commitment to the progress of his domain, adding that attaining 70 years is worthy of gratitude to Almighty Allah.
According to Popoola, “Kabiyesi, I warmly celebrate with Your Royal Majesty on this special occasion of your 70th birthday. Seventy years is a remarkable milestone, and we thank Almighty Allah for the gift of life and the privilege of witnessing this day.
“You have been a father to all and a builder of peace. Your counsel and concern for the wellbeing of your people have continued to mean a great deal to Omu-Aran.
“As you celebrate this milestone, I pray that Almighty Allah continues to grant Your Royal Majesty good health, wisdom and strength. May He preserve you for many more years and grant you the grace to continue witnessing the growth and progress of your people.
“May your reign remain peaceful, and may the years ahead bring you greater joy, fulfilment and satisfaction in seeing your people prosper.”
He wished the monarch, his family and the entire people of Omu-Aran a memorable celebration and prayed for many more years of good health and peaceful reign.
