The Management Team of the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) and Kwara State Supervisors of the ongoing training for the Conditional Cash Transfer Agents, on Thursday, December 14, 2023, held a meeting with Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq at the Government House, Ilorin.
The meeting was meant to brief the governor on the current stage of the exercise and for possible improvement in some areas, if any.
The training of agents by the state government for the Federal Government Conditional Cash Transfer (Palliative) Enrollment began on Wednesday, December 13, 2023, at the Stella Obasanjo Multipurpose Hall.
The programme is an e-recruitment portal training for presenting palliative recruitment for the state.
The programme aims to provide access to targeted transfers to poor and vulnerable households in Kwara under an expanded national social safety net system.
Present at the meeting are Head of Products, Barnksforte, Rahim Suleiman; Business Analyst, Barnksforte, Mildred Ishaya; Technical Assistant to DG/CEO, NIMC, Cyber Security, Umar Majigi; Deputy Director/Head, Strategy & Programme Office, NIMC Alvan Ikoku; Director, Software & Biometrics, NIMC, Engr. Lanre Yusuf; SSA to DG/CEO, NIMC Information Technology, Adedapo Adedoyin.
Also present are the Former Commissioner for Communications and Kwara North Supervisor for the Enrollment Programme, Hon. Saddiq Buhari; Kwara South Supervisor NIMC, Bashir Ajakaye Esq.; Kwara Central Supervisor NIMC, Comr. Habeeb Lawal; Kwara State NIMC Coordinator, Idris Doma; and Technical Assistant to NIMC DG/CEO, Special Duties, Moruf Ali-Balogun.
