The 3 Million Technical Talents (3MTT) Drive Team continued the Statewide sensitization, registration and participation in communities in Edu and Patigi Local Government Areas of Kwara State.
The team met with representatives of the registrations’ centres in Tsaragi, Lafiagi and Tsonga communities all in Edu Local Government of the state. The team engaged the Youths, community leaders and other stakeholders sensitizing them on the importance of registration and participation in the 3 Million Technical Talents Program (3MTT) which is an initiative of the Federal Government that Kwara is domesticating.
The Special Assistant Digital Innovations to the Executive Governor of Kwara State, Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, Ishola Kayode as well as Special Assistant, Non-Governmental Affairs Mal. Usman Baba Kano were part of the team. The team also visited and interacted with the communities and the representatives in Lade, Kpada and Patigi all in Patigi Local Government of Kwara State.
The tour provided an opportunity to promote the efforts of the Kwara State government under the able leadership of Gov. AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq to domesticate and ensure massive registration and participation of Kwarans, particularly the youth in the 3 Million Technical Talents Programme across different communities in the state.
The team interacted with youths, women and other stakeholders in the communities. The team shared the overview of the program and how the entire Isin community can benefit from it.
The team also took their time to demonstrate and register some persons, while also sensitizing them on the different courses that are available and what they can do with each once they get skilled in it.
Many of the community members and representatives appreciated the efforts of the state government especially in bringing the message to them in the grassroots. They also appreciate the opportunity and further thanked the Governor, Mal. AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq for his inclusivenes.
